5.The Transactional Message
Do not keep your users visit the website or the depth of app to check the status of their order. Notify then when the payment is made, when an order is shipped, when it’s out for delivery, and even when it’s in some nearby city. Just keep them informed of their orders’ whereabouts, it will be much appreciated.
